Accessibility statement

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Everyone should be able to use Siteholm. That includes people who use a screen reader, use the keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom in on the page or use high-contrast settings.

This statement covers siteholm.com. That is the front page, the start form, the preview and payment page, the login, your dashboard and our legal pages.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is the level the European standard EN 301 549 builds on. As far as we know, our pages meet this level, apart from the limits listed below.

How we checked

  • In October 2026 we checked every page.
  • We used the keyboard only, zoom up to 400 percent, wider text spacing, reduced motion and the high-contrast mode in Windows.
  • We read the page structure that screen readers use and ran an automatic checker on every page.
  • We fixed the problems we found and then checked every fix again.

What you can expect

  • Every page works with the keyboard alone. The first press of Tab shows a link that takes you straight to the content.
  • You can zoom to 400 percent without scrolling sideways.
  • Every field has a name a screen reader can read. When something is missing or wrong, the error is tied to the field and read out.
  • The pages follow your setting for reduced motion.
  • You are not logged out of your dashboard while you work. Your login stays active for 24 hours after your last action.

Known limits

  • The PayPal payment buttons come from PayPal. We cannot change how they work inside.
  • We have checked the pages with the structure screen readers use, but not yet with every screen reader. If something does not work with yours, please tell us.

Websites we build for you

This statement is about siteholm.com. The websites our software builds for our customers are separate. We want them to be easy to use for everyone too. If you find a problem on one of them, tell us and we will look at it.

Tell us about a problem

If something on our pages is hard to use, or you need the content in another form, please email hello@siteholm.com. Tell us which page it is and what went wrong. A real person reads every message, and we aim to answer within 5 working days.

If you are not happy with our answer

Siteholm is a micro-enterprise, so the EU rules on accessible services do not apply to us. We follow them anyway, and this statement is voluntary.
